I love to cook. I have a zeal for food…where it grows…how it comes to market. What I like most is feeding people: whether it’s 2 or 2 hundred.

I grew up in the Boston area. In the early 1970s, I was a line cook for Sara Moulton, of Gourmet Magazine and The Food Network. In the 1980s, I ran a kitchen for a Harvard teaching hospital feeding staff and patients where I worked closely with dieticians and doctors to develop menus for special diets. In the 1990s, I worked at a Le Meridien hotel in Boston under master French chef, Raymond Ost, as a line cook, banquet cook, and chef de partie in garde manger. (While at Le Meridien, I had the opportunity to cook for both President Bill Clinton and Julia Child.) I moved to the Bay Area in 1998, where I owned and managed the New York Street Café in the Outer Mission for seven years. Throughout, I’ve always done catering.

I have an uncontrollable passion for food… I’d love to bring it to your home.
